Ordering
We are continually updating our prices but they can vary at any time due to currency fluctuation and change of suppliers. Please confirm the current prices at the time of ordering.
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with everything you order from our web site and with every aspect of our service. We constantly encourage our suppliers to improve the quality and update the specification of their products, so when you sometimes find minor variations from the site description, you can be sure that they are changes for the better.
Delivery
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within the time stipulated at your time of order. However we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we may inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as soon as it is practical.
Returns
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 7 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:-
Items are returned carriage paid by you.
Items are received in a resaleable condition.
Items should be returned unused in their original packaging if you require a refund.
All returns are to be accompanied by the sender’s name and address.
Products are not supplied by Windswept on a trial basis.
